Christina (Chrissie) is an important member of the Client Service Team at Francis Financial. She provides operational support and day-to-day maintenance of client accounts while assisting the advisory team on all client relationships. She and her team leverage our technology and custodial relationships to ensure a smooth administrative process and enjoyable client experience.
Chrissie graduated from the University of Hertfordshire, England, with a (BSc Hons) in Paramedic Science and is currently pursuing her studies to obtain her Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Before joining our team, Chrissie worked for her local ambulance service, providing emergency and urgent care. Additionally, she offered advice to patients via telephone triage, guiding them towards the most suitable treatment option, whether it be home management advice or dispatching emergency ambulances. During her time as a paramedic, Chrissie witnessed individuals at their lowest points, often experiencing financial stress or anxiety. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in finance and join Francis Financial.
Outside of work, Chrissie can often be found playing or walking with her two dogs, Kobe and Tia. After long walks through the countryside, she enjoys snuggling up on the couch with both of them and a cup of tea. She has a passion for dancing and dedicated 15 years to ballet and tap classes. More recently, she has been taking ballroom lessons with her husband.
Chrissie is an exceptionally compassionate and caring individual who is driven by her strong desire to help people and make the world a better place. With a keen interest in mental health, she is dedicated to improving the lives of others. One of her passions lies in educating and empowering individuals to take control of their finances as a form of self-care.
