Michele graduated magna cum laude from Kean University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She brings a wide range of experience in accounting and finance from various industries, including banking, legal, and other professional services. Prior to joining full-time, Michele provided bookkeeping services to Francis Financial for over five years. She is thrilled to expand her role in order to support the firm's operations and mission, embodying its core values and bringing her own passion for excellence to Francis Financial.
Michele is constantly seeking ways to improve herself and make meaningful contributions to the world every day. As a mother of two, she keeps busy managing activity calendars, acting as a chauffeur, and guiding her children to explore their interests and hobbies that ignite their passions. Additionally, she has a strong passion for organizational hacks, accessorizing, and the art of beautifully wrapping presents.
From a young age, Michele's mother instilled in her the importance of education and the power that accompanies it. Her grandmother demonstrated the significance of being able to take care of oneself financially at all stages of life. She aspires to lead by example in both of these values for her daughter and further strengthen them by supporting her as she discovers her own passions and pursues independence.
