Yagya plays a key role on the Client Service Team, leveraging our technology and custodial relationships to ensure a smooth administrative process and enjoyable client experience. A graduate of one of India’s top 10 business schools, Yagya gained invaluable experience interning at several financial companies before joining our team.
Yagya earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, one of India's top 10 business schools. He completed several internships across various industries at companies including InCred Wealth Management, ExploreIt (NGO), Fincrux Technologies, and MetLife. Yagya joined Francis Financial in 2023, initially supporting the Advisory and Client Service team, and later transitioned into a full-time role as a Client Service Associate.
Yagya is passionate about staying active, enjoying sports such as pickleball, tennis, and cricket in his spare time. He loves traveling, experiencing new cultures, and exploring new recipes in his cooking. Committed to giving back to his community, Yagya volunteers with the charity Shikha Paathshala, where he teaches English to underprivileged children and computer skills at a women-only school.
Yagya's drive is inspired by his grandmothers, Pushpa and Nirmal, who have been significant influences in his life. Pushpa, who lost her beloved husband, successfully raised her two boys while running a manufacturing facility and managing finances to provide the best education for both of her sons. Nirmal ran a highly successful charity that provided free education to underprivileged children and women. Both of Yagya’s grandmothers taught him the importance of investing, saving, and managing money, and how these practices can create a brighter future. Yagya finds incredible fulfillment working at Francis Financial, helping clients navigate financial decisions with confidence.
