Lauren is an integral member of the client service team, providing operational support and day-to-day maintenance of client accounts. She also assists the advisory team in managing all client relationships. Together with her team, she leverages our technology and custodial relationships to ensure a seamless administrative process and an enjoyable client experience.
Lauren holds an M.S. in Information Systems from Syracuse University and a B.A. in Social Sciences from Rider University. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, The National Black MBA Association, The Project Management Institute, and The New Jersey Alliance for Civic Engagement, having been appointed by the NJ Secretary of State. Lauren chose Francis Financial because it brings together her passion for service excellence and her love for finance.
Lauren loves spending time with her family, cooking various recipes with her boyfriend, and going for walks with her Staffordshire Terrier, Shadow. In her free time, she can't resist a good sale, no matter what it's for.
Lauren is a first-generation college graduate and the first in her family to pursue secondary education. Throughout her life, she witnessed both of her parents running their own businesses and observed their struggle to establish an economic legacy within their family. From volunteering locally to joining organizations that invest in the longstanding economic legacy of African American families, it is Lauren’s passion to educate underserved and underrepresented families, empowering them to achieve more in their lifetimes.
