Sunaina is a Partner at Francis Financial and a driving force behind the firm’s growth and visibility. With more than a decade at the firm, she has played a central role in shaping Francis Financial’s brand, expanding its reach, and supporting its continued success.

She is a recognized leader in the industry, named to Crain’s 40 Under 40 for her contributions to the firm’s growth and impact, and most recently honored with a Luminaries Award for Excellence in Marketing and PR. Sunaina graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with degrees in International Politics, International Relations, and Business Administration. While at Penn State, she served as President of the South Asian Student Association and was an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity. She began her career in marketing through internships in Los Angeles and Washington, DC, including roles at Legacy Entertainment and Global Drug Development Experts, where she worked as a production and marketing coordinator.

Sunaina leads a Provisors group within the largest national organization for trusted advisors, cultivating a community of highly vetted professionals committed to supporting clients holistically. The group is built on trust, collaboration, and shared excellence in client service.

Known for her positivity, kindness, and genuine passion for her work, Sunaina brings energy and intention to everything she does. Clients and colleagues alike value her leadership, creativity, and the culture she helps foster at Francis Financial.

Sunaina is a go-getter at work and in her spare time. She has a black belt in karate and is active and adventurous. She enjoys going scuba diving, bungee jumping, sky diving, cliff jumping, skiing and rock climbing. Sunaina is full of compassion for others and is passionate about giving back to her community. She was the Chapter Lead of the American India Foundation New York Young Professionals (AIF NYYP), a charity that accelerates social and economic change in India by raising funds and spreading awareness in the United States. She had the chance to visit an AIF-funded center in India and spent time with children in underprivileged homes. She also enjoys travelling to London to be with her family and seeking out local Mexican restaurants for the best guacamole.

I often say I had 5 mothers, growing up. My mom suffered a serious illness, causing her to call a hospital home for many years, and I saw my aunts go through devastating life-changing events, such as divorce and the death of a beloved husband. Through it all, these women taught me to always rely on myself when it came to finances, and they reminded me that education is power. I come to work every day hoping to empower others to seek the knowledge it takes to have control over their own financial future.
